North Coast Solutions ("we", "us" or "our") develops the 4G/5G Internet: APN Guide app for Android (the "App"). This policy explains what information the App handles, who receives it, and the choices you have.
The App displays reference information (such as APN settings for carriers) that you apply yourself in your phone's settings. Any preferences the App keeps, such as your selected country or carrier, are stored only on your device.
We do not run our own servers and do not store personal information ourselves. The services below may collect some information automatically when you use the App, under their own privacy policies.
The App shows banner and full-screen ads served by Google AdMob, which may work with other advertising partners certified by Google. To deliver, limit, measure and protect ads against fraud, Google and these partners may collect:
Consent (EEA, UK and Switzerland): the App uses Google's consent form (Google User Messaging Platform, using the IAB Transparency & Consent Framework). You can accept, refuse or choose purposes.
Advertising ID: you can reset your Advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads at any time in your device's Settings > Google > Ads (or Settings > Privacy > Ads, depending on your device).
Information is used only to provide the App's features, show ads that keep the App free, and understand how the App is used so we can improve it. We do not sell personal information.
Information stored by the App on your device stays there until you clear the App's data or uninstall the App. Data collected by Google is retained under Google's policies; you can manage it through your Google Account and device ad settings.
We rely on the security measures of Android and of the third-party services listed above. No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
The App is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will help remove it.
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, UK GDPR or CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal information, or to object to or restrict its processing. Because we do not hold personal information ourselves, most requests are best handled through your device settings or directly with Google. You can also contact us and we will help.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and update the "Last updated" date.
