Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Easy Contacts Backup mobile application (the "App") operated by CoderGang ("we", "us", or "our").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the App.

1. Description of Service

Easy Contacts Backup is a utility application that allows users to:

• Back up and export their iPhone contacts as VCF (vCard) or CSV files.
• Share backup files via email, AirDrop, cloud storage, or any compatible app.
• Restore contacts from previous backups.
• View export history with details about each backup.
• Detect and review duplicate contacts (Pro feature).
• Select specific contacts for export.

2. User Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Contact Data and User Responsibility

The App requires access to your device's Contacts to function. By granting this permission, you acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to export, share, and manage the contacts stored on your device.
• You will not use exported contact data for spam, unsolicited communications, or any purpose that violates applicable privacy or data protection laws.
• Backup files you create and share may contain personal information of third parties. You are solely responsible for how you handle and distribute these files.
• We are not responsible for any loss, corruption, or unauthorized access to contact data that occurs outside the App.

4. Free and Pro Versions

4.1 Free Version

The free version of the App includes:

• Banner, interstitial, and rewarded advertisements.
• Export limit of up to 70 contacts per backup.
• A daily limit of 3 exports.
• VCF (vCard) format only.
• Limited export history (last 3 backups).

4.2 Pro Version

The Pro version is available as a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase and includes:

• Removal of all advertisements.
• Unlimited contacts per export.
• Unlimited daily exports.
• CSV export format.
• Contact restore and replace functionality.
• Duplicate contact detector.
• Full export history.

4.3 Payment and Refunds

• The Pro purchase is processed through the Apple App Store.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at the time of purchase confirmation.
• The purchase is non-consumable and can be restored on any device signed in with the same Apple ID.
• Refund requests must be submitted through Apple. We do not process refunds directly. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund from Apple.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You must NOT use the App to:

• Export contacts for the purpose of sending spam or unsolicited messages.
• Violate the privacy rights of individuals whose information is in your contacts.
• Circumvent the App's free tier limitations through unauthorized means.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality.

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CoderGang and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App or its content.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
• Exported backup files will be compatible with all devices or applications.
• Contact restore operations will be lossless or complete in all cases.
• The duplicate detection feature will identify all duplicates accurately.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CoderGang shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss or corruption of contact data during export, import, or restore operations.
• Unintended deletion or modification of contacts on your device.
• Incompatibility of exported files with third-party applications or devices.
• Any consequences resulting from sharing backup files containing personal information.

Important: The "Replace All Contacts" feature permanently deletes all existing contacts before restoring from a backup. Use this feature with caution. We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from using this feature.

9. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Modifications to the App and Terms

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue the App (or any part of it) at any time without notice.
• Update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting the updated Terms.
• Change the features available in the free and Pro versions.

Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. We may terminate or restrict your access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which CoderGang operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
