Last updated: May 8, 2026 · App: FamilyMeds (package com.ncs.familymedsapp) · Developer: NCS

This page explains how to request deletion of your FamilyMeds account and the associated data. If you only want to delete part of your data (a family profile, a medication, a history entry) without closing your account, you can do that directly in the app without following this procedure.

4. Data we retain (and why)

For legal, tax, or security requirements, we may retain the following data for limited periods, after which it is also deleted:

Aggregated security logs (no personal identifiers)Up to 12 monthsFraud and abuse detection

None of this retained data actively identifies you as a user once your account is deleted — personal identifiers (email, name, IDs) are anonymized in the logs during the deletion process.

5. Premium subscription

If you have an active Premium subscription when requesting deletion, we recommend canceling it beforehand from the "Subscriptions" section of Google Play. Deleting your FamilyMeds account does not automatically cancel the subscription billed by Google Play, since that cancellation is the user's responsibility on their Google account.

If you need help canceling, mention it in the same email and we will send detailed instructions.

6. Partial deletion without closing the account

If you only want to delete parts of your data without closing your account, you can do so directly in the app:

These actions are immediate and permanent — the app and server sync in real time.
