Renzo Delgado ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Video Splitter - Cut & Trim mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.

We do not require you to create an account or provide personal information to use the App. The App processes videos locally on your device.

1.2 Device Permissions

The App may request access to the following device features:

• Camera: To record videos for splitting. Videos are processed locally on your device.
• Microphone: To record videos with audio. Audio data is not transmitted to external servers.
• Photo Library: To select videos for splitting and to save processed video clips to your device.

You can revoke these permissions at any time through your device's Settings.

1.3 Automatically Collected Information

We use third-party services that may collect certain information automatically:

• Usage Analytics: We use Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous usage data such as app events (e.g., video splits completed, features used), device type, operating system version, and general interaction patterns. This data is not linked to your identity.
• Advertising Data: We use Google AdMob to display ads. AdMob may collect device identifiers, IP address, and ad interaction data to serve relevant ads. See Google's privacy policy for details.
• Purchase Data: We use RevenueCat to manage in-app purchases and subscriptions. RevenueCat may collect anonymous transaction data and device identifiers to manage your subscription status.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

• Provide and maintain the App's functionality

• Display advertisements to free users
• Manage in-app purchases and subscription status

3. Data Storage and Processing

All video processing occurs locally on your device. We do not upload, store, or transmit your videos or photos to any external server. The App does not have a backend server that stores user content.

Since we do not collect or store personal data on our servers, there is no user data to retain. Analytics and advertising data are managed by the respective third-party services according to their own data retention policies.

You have the right to:

• Revoke device permissions (camera, microphone, photo library) at any time via your device's Settings
• Opt out of personalized advertising through your device's privacy settings (Settings > Privacy > Tracking)
• Delete the App and all locally stored data at any time
• Upgrade to the Pro version to remove ads

8. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information processed by the App. Since video processing occurs entirely on your device, your content remains under your control at all times.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
