Open the App, tap the gear icon to open Settings, then tap Restore Purchases. You can also restore from the bottom of the Pro screen. Make sure you are signed in to the App Store with the same Apple Account you used to buy Pro. If Pro still does not appear, email us with the date of purchase; please do not send your Apple Account password or payment details.
No. Video Splitter Pro is a single one-time purchase. There are no weekly or yearly plans, no renewals and nothing to cancel.
Every split mode, HD export, trimming, removing audio, and saving or sharing single parts are free, with no watermark and no daily limits.
When you tap a tool marked with a crown, you can choose Watch a short ad instead of buying Pro. After the ad finishes, every Pro tool except ad removal is unlocked for the video you are working on and its results, including Save all and Share all. The unlock ends when you leave that split; it is not a purchase. You can unlock this way up to twice in any 7 days; after that, or when your privacy choices don't allow ads, the sheet offers Pro only. If the button says Ad not ready, an ad is still loading: wait a moment, check your internet connection, or try again later.
Apple handles all payments, so refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Video Splitter needs permission to add videos to your library. Open iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Photos > Video Splitter and choose Add Photos Only (or Full Access). Choosing a video never needs a permission, because the system picker gives the App only the video you select. To record inside the App, allow Camera and Microphone in the same Settings screen. Also check that your device has enough free storage.
Parts that finished are kept. Tap Retry on a failed part, or Skip it. If you cancel, you can keep the finished parts. On iOS 26 and later the export can keep going in the background while your screen is locked, when iOS allows it; otherwise it pauses and continues when you return to the App.
Use the Stories (1:00) or Status (1:30) presets for those formats, or the 2:20, 3:00 and 5:00 presets for longer posts. Each app sets and changes its own limits, so if a part is rejected, pick a shorter length or use Custom. You can also split into a number of equal parts instead.
