Cricket Wireless APN: endo
Use this guide only if mobile data or picture messages (MMS) stop working on an active Cricket Wireless line. These settings restore the normal connection of your own plan: they do not add data, change your plan or remove charges.
Before you start
- Your phone must be unlocked and compatible with Cricket Wireless, and your line must be active with a plan that includes data.
- Turn on Mobile data and check that you have signal.
- After activation, many phones receive configuration messages from Cricket: open them and tap Install. Use the manual steps only if they do not arrive.
Steps
- Open Settings > Connections (or Network & internet) > Mobile networks (or SIMs) > Access Point Names.
- Tap ⋮ > Reset to default, select the Cricket Wireless APN if it appears and test mobile data.
- If it still does not work, open the APN named Internet (or tap Add (+)) and set the values below. Cricket says you can leave settings it does not list as they are.
- Tap ⋮ > Save, select the new APN and restart the phone.
