Lyca Mobile APN settings (Android, US)
Independent guide: this is not a page from Lyca Mobile.
Verified on against the carrier's official source
Use this guide only if mobile data or picture messages (MMS) stop working on an active Lyca Mobile US line. These settings restore the normal connection of your own plan: they do not add data, change your plan or remove charges.
Before you start
- Lyca Mobile says APN settings are configured automatically when you activate your SIM or eSIM, so in most cases you do not need to change them.
- Lyca suggests updating them if you have enough data balance but cannot connect, for example after switching operators, a major system update, a network settings reset, a factory reset or a move from a physical SIM to an eSIM.
- Turn on Mobile data and check that you have signal.
Steps
- Open Settings > Connections > Mobile Network > Access Point Names.
- Tap ⋮ > Reset to default, select the Lyca Mobile APN if it appears and test mobile data.
- If it still does not work, tap the plus symbol (+) and enter one of the two settings below. Lyca says to choose one of them and not to modify any other fields.
- Tap Save to confirm, then select the newly created APN.
- Turn airplane mode on for 30 seconds and off again (or restart the phone), then turn on Mobile data.

If it still does not work
If internet issues continue after resetting the APN settings, Lyca Mobile recommends contacting its customer support at 1-866-277-3221 or 1-845-301-1612. Do not use APN profiles shared by unofficial sources.
