Use this guide only if mobile data or picture messages (MMS) stop working on an active US Mobile line. These settings restore the normal connection of your own plan: they do not add data, change your plan or remove charges.

Before you start

  • Your phone must be unlocked and compatible with US Mobile, and your line must be active with a plan that includes data.
  • Turn on Mobile data and check that you have signal.
  • US Mobile uses different settings for each of its networks. Check in your US Mobile account whether your line is on Warp, Light Speed or Dark Star, and use only that block.

Steps

  1. Open Settings > Connections (or Network & internet) > Mobile networks (or SIMs) > Access Point Names.
  2. Tap ⋮ > Reset to default, select the US Mobile APN if it appears and test mobile data.
  3. If it still does not work, tap Add (+) and enter the values below exactly as written (upper/lower case and commas matter).
  4. Tap ⋮ > Save, select the new APN and restart the phone.
